KREMER Canadian liquid multi purpose fish glue, 100 ml.
IN BRIEF
- used by Martin Guitars to (re)glue ABS and wooden bindings

and switch tips in place
(not strong enough for glueing bridges and broken pegheads)
- dries yellow-transparent/light caramel
(amber-tan to order only – please note lead time)
- can be applied right out of the box: no mixing or heating needed
- close alternative for hide glue (but has a little less stronger bond)
- fish glue can be cleaned up with a towel and warm water
- glued parts can be released with heat (steam and water)
FEATURES

of hide glue, but cures harder
- first choice when a long(er) open time is required (but fish glue
takes longer to cure: 12 – 24 hours)
- water clean-up
- non-flammable
- water reactivates dried fish glue, making the bond sticky again for reworking

- keep a bowl of warm water and a towel nearby to rinse the glue off your
fingers if needed
- leave the part(s) taped, roped, or clamped for at least 12 – 24 hours –
or longer if possible
- allow for a 0.30 mm of swelling
- if stored in a fridge, fish glue has a 10 year or more shelf life
- preferably used at room temperture once the glue has returned
