Gibson ES-335 blueprint

This full-scale printed plan of an ES-355™ model hollow body electric guitar is beautifully drawn using CAD software. It includes a fret slotting chart, wiring diagram, materials list, contours & more. The ES-355™ is the deluxe version of Gibson's 335 model and features block inlays and more intricate bindings. Like the 335 it has a double-cutaway body and stopbar tailpiece with tunematic bridge. It has a laminated top and back, though carved timber can be substituted if laminated components can't be obtained. Like any archtop guitar the 335 is a challenging build and requires both acoustic and electric guitar making techniques. The wiring is the same as many other Gibson models with two humbucker pickups.
